Accommodation Options

Lipedema World Congress III is being held at Crown Melbourne, with three on‑site hotels available for delegate accommodation: 
Crown Promenade, Crown Metropol, and Crown Towers.

All three hotels are within the conference precinct: Crown Promenade is located in the same building as the conference centre, while Crown Metropol and Crown Towers are in adjacent buildings, just a short 200–400 m walk away.

Availability

We have secured a dedicated rooming block at each hotel for congress attendees. 
To guarantee availability and access to congress rates, accommodation should be booked at the time of registration.
If you return later to make an accommodation‑only reservation, this will be subject to availability and may not reflect the original rooming block allocation.

Booking Information

Select your Check-In Date and Check-Out Date and click the Search button. 

Note that the price displayed is for your full stay, not per night.

Your accommodation request will be securely transmitted directly to your chosen hotel. 
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
Please note that cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, or no‑shows, will incur a charge of one night’s accommodation per room cancelled to the provided credit card.

Extended Stays

We have held rooms for 5 nights: Wednesday 10th to Sunday 14th November (check out Monday 15th November).  

If you wish to extend your booking either before or after these dates, please book your preferred hotel for the conference dates, and email info@lwc2027.com with the additional nights you require.

We will confirm availability with the hotel prior to sending you a new confirmation.
